If you are ordering custom designs, please provide us with the details of what you would want on your item.
e.g. I want to have my name on it , AISYA. Other than that, Popo the octopus, and the Akai Ito clouds. Plus some rainbows and unicorns would be nice.

Damaged item are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Once been purchased, ana.co are not responsible for the damages done.
